Wholesale Order Requirements

925E.com is strictly a B2B wholesale jewelry supplier. We will only process orders for wholesalers and resellers.

In order to maintain our productions-line prices we request that clients observe our minimum order requirements:

- First order: US$500 minimum
- Subsequent orders: US$250 minimum

Your orders may consist of mixed items, there is no minimum quantity requirement per item.

If for any reason you are unable to meet our US$500 first order minimum at this time, please reach out to service@925E.com. It is our mission to support all wholesale buyers and we can make special arrangements for your first order if necessary.

Ordering Options

To accommodate your businesses unique requirements, 925E.com we offer 4 types of orders.

1. Sample Orders: Sample orders are for existing or potential customers who would like to preview certain items without reaching our minimum order quantity. Sample orders are limited to a maximum of US$100 worth of products. For instructions on how to place a sample order please visit our FAQ - How to place a Sample Order.
2. In-Stock Orders: These are the most common orders for items that are currently in stock and they are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
3. Production Orders: Production orders are generally produced and shipped within 2 to 6 weeks. The exact production schedule of each product will be shown at the ordering stage before the product is added to your cart.
4. Step Orders: Step orders are in-stock or production orders with a custom shipping schedule. This ordering option is popular and helpful for clients who want to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. This option can be selected during checkout.

For a $2,800 shipment, the insurance cost is:

Communications About Your Order

After placing an order on 925E.com will update you regarding the status of your order by email. You may also opt into SMS notifications during checkout. You will receive separate emails for:

Order confirmation - Please review your order details and click the link in this email to confirm your purchase. We will not be able to proceed with processing your order until you have confirmed it.
Shipping schedule - This email will contain your shipping schedule and information about your payment.
Shipment details - Immediately after your order is shipped we will send you an email containing a copy of your invoice and the carrier’s waybill number for online delivery tracking.
Account activity report - One business day after shipment we will email you a report containing your payment details, available credits, shipments, and balances with 925E.com.

Import duties

Your courier will also serve as your customs-clearing-agent. If any import duties are due, they will present you with an invoice during delivery or by email or post afterwards.
